All bookings made are subject to potential cancellation. In such cases, YepRent assumes no liability. The person who booked the charter (named charterer) is entitled to a complete refund of all payments made. Cancellations are generally due to extreme weather conditions, mechanical malfunctions, or the availability of a satisfactory alternative. Additionally, new regulations or coast guard restrictions may prevent the charter from proceeding.
Cancellation Fee Structure
Up to 72 hours before the charter's scheduled time and date, 50% of the reservation's cost is non-refundable. Within 24 hours of the charter's scheduled time and date, the entire booking amount is non-refundable. Under the following scenarios, the charterer may cancel without incurring the above fees: If the coast guard issues a warning or the weather conditions are deemed hazardous. If YepRent fails to deliver a promised element of the charter on the day itself.
